Directors are elected for a three-year term with the option of re-election. Most Board Members have had children attend the centre and all bring an area of expertise to the organization. For example, the fields of law, education, computing engineering and science are represented. The Board meets every second Tuesday each month. The following committees are in place to facilitate a smooth operation of the centre:
1. Financial Committee 2. Community Outreach 3. Property Management and Leasing Committee 4. Policy and Procedures Committee. The Annual General Meeting occurs every November. Parents are members of the corporation and have voting privileges. The Board of Directors include: Stephen Markan- Chair Lisa Bater- Vice Chair
