Research clearly shows that quality child care received by children impacts on short term and long term development. 

The most important determinant of program quality relates to characteristics of the interactions among adults and children. Our Early Childhood Educators offer high levels of developmentally appropriate care-giving. They are responsive and react appropriately and promptly to the children's needs. Our staff react to "window of opportunity" for learning, by encouraging children to reason throughout the day, using actual events and experiences as a basis on concept development.

Staff changeover at our child development centre is all but non-existent. Therefore, there is an unprecedented continuity of care and relationships at Emmanuel.
